Sonata da Chiesa, K. 328
from:
Originally for organ, two violins and bass, in C major as here. People have been known to repeat the B section (and it is certainly conceivable that Mozart meant to have one despite the omission of a repeat sign), as well as the A section, which is called for—so that option may be considered. Mozart went on to take an opening theme closely related to the one that opens this sonata very much further in the first movement of his famous Piano Concerto No. 21, K. 467. Revised 6.30.18.
